Expert Psychological Stager™ (EPS™) Takes on the Greater Mufreesboro Real Estate Market (Murfreesboro, TN) April 2020 – Donna Burgess of Donna Burgess Interiors recently earned her Expert Psychological Stager™ (EPS™) certification for home staging professionals. Burgess was trained by nationally acclaimed home staging expert, Kristie Barnett, The Decorologist®, author of Psychological Staging – The Home Staging Secrets of The Decorologist®.In addition to home staging, Donna also earned certification as a Psychological Color Expert (PCE), demonstrating mastery in specific interior paint in residential applications, also under the training of Kristie Barnett, The Decorologist®.
Burgess will now be able to provide her clients with a broader range of services. Donna Burgess Interiors offers Interior design, paint consulting and now home staging.
Home staging isn’t a new trend, but has been more prominent in recent years, primarily due to the popularity of shows on networks such as DIY and HGTV. A growing number of real estate agents recommend professional home staging for their sellers. Studies show that staged homes sell in a quarter of the time and for at least 15% more than similar unstaged homes.
